Monarch Healthcare is one of the largest associations of doctors and physicians and is part of OptumCare. Which itself is one of the largest high-quality patient care providers and known for providing it at lower costs.
The organization is very prestigious in the continent of America, they have won America’s Physician Groups (APG) award multiple times, a very elite honor in recognizing standards of patient care.
To take this recognition they have earned over years to the modern digital era, Monarch wanted to develop a platform that can instantly and easily give access to patients to doctors, clinics, and care centers in the areas.
The Challenge
Creating the UI that is clear with a simple interface that helps to navigate patients to find the care easily. Using the simple and minimalist palette but providing a very solid user experience for patients.
Monarch uses a legacy healthcare system to store and record all patient data and is also responsible for storing data of all the doctors, care centers, and medical centers, etc. The new solution needed to fetch the records from the existing legacy mechanism and needed to be integrated flawlessly.
Monarch CareFinder is primarily a data representation platform for the nearest care centers, doctors, medical, etc. As the app grows, the data will grow immensely, from small to large entities will come and register on the app. The app will need to be robust and future-proof so that it can handle high traffic.
